At qualitylinevendo, we are committed to providing high-quality conversational language practice services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments for our language practice packages.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your language practice package at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to correspondence@qualitylinevendo.world or by contacting us at +12406732933. Cancellations will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

• If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before your first scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund
• If you cancel after the first session but before completing 50% of your package, you may receive a partial refund for unused sessions
• If we are unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond your control, you will receive a full or prorated refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If you have completed more than 50% of your purchased package
• If cancellation occurs due to reasons within your control after the 48-hour cancellation period
• For sessions that have already been conducted and completed
• If you fail to attend scheduled sessions without providing at least 24 hours' notice

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Session Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative time that fits your schedule. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Package Transfers

Language practice packages are generally non-transferable. However, we may consider transfer requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss any special circumstances that may require a package transfer.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or adjust service offerings if necessary. If significant changes are made to your purchased package, we will notify you and provide options for adjustment, including the possibility of a refund if the modified service does not meet your needs.
